Payment for single lessons, weekly lessons (term), and lesson bundles is by bank transfer. Contact me if you wish to pay in installments.

Weekly lessons (term) mean a fixed weekly time slot for the length of the term, while a lesson bundle allows flexible booking of 5 or 10 lessons.

Yes. You only pay for the remaining lessons.

You don’t need to prepare anything for the trial lesson, but if you want to work on a particular song, feel free to mention it in your booking or bring your own sheet music.

Absolutely! I teach at all levels and ages.

Yes, I teach children from age 7 and up. I usually recommend shorter 25-minute sessions until they turn 12.

Yes, parents are welcome to attend lessons. Most parents sit in for the first few lessons, then let the child take lessons on their own.

For cancellations, please send an SMS to +45 26 11 30 45. Term students: please cancel at least 14 days in advance. Cancelled lessons in a weekly lessons (term) are not refunded, but I will try to reschedule within the same term if possible. All other cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the lesson starts. Lessons cancelled after the deadline are non-refundable.

If you’re unwell and contagious, please cancel by SMS to +45 26 11 30 45. Lessons are not refunded due to illness if the cancellation deadline has passed.

All lesson packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

No. As this is a recreational service scheduled for a specific date/time, the usual right of withdrawal does not apply.
